1. Nomination sheet
Please access this URL and fill out, please send them by email as EXCEL format.

2. Copy of students' passport (Those which can verify the entire face photo page)
        * Please convert into the PDF and set a password.
         (The password, please set only one to your university, do not set a password for each student individually)
        * Please tell me the password by a separate email.
        * We do not accept it that taken with the individual's digital camera.
        * Please copy entire face photo page.
