Kyoto Startup Summer School 2021 Early Application now open [Kyoto Institute of Technology]

 Dear colleagues,
Greetings from the Kyoto Institute of Technology (KIT), Japan.
Despite the pandemic and all the challenges, we hope you and your colleagues are healthy and well.
Please allow us to introduce Kyoto Startup Summer School (KS³ for short), Japan's most international and intensive summer program on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Our early application recently opened for international participants at:

The program began in 2016 but was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic.
This year's program will be expanded and fully online which means students won't have to travel to Japan to participate.
KS³ is a modular program with lectures, workshops, panel discussions, mixers, and more.
The modules are taught and facilitated by established entrepreneurs, practitioners, and academics coming from around the world and the goal is to equip students with the ability to create successful startups and innovate.

Since its inception, KS³ has had over 120 participants from 40+ countries join the program, creating an international community of enthusiastic and active students. The feedback from participants have been great, with nearly everyone recommending the program to future applicants. You can read some of the testimonials on our website.

We believe this program would be a great opportunity for students interested in entrepreneurship and/or international experiences. If possible, can you forward this e-mail to those responsible for outbound student mobility and/or any entrepreneurship related activities? We have also created the below invitation text for potentially interested students.

Kyoto Startup Summer School (KS³ for short), Japan's most intense and international summer program on entrepreneurship and innovation is back!
After being cancelled in 2020 due to the Corona-virus pandemic, the 2021 program will be fully online which means you can join from anywhere in the world!

KS³ is a diverse modular program (workshops, lectures, mixers, panel discussions, etc.) taught and facilitated by established entrepreneurs, practitioners, venture capitalists, and academics from around the world. This is your opportunity to learn hands-on entrepreneurial skills and experience startup life.

Since it's inception, over 120 participants from 40+ countries joined KS³ creating a truly global community. Alumni of KS³ have gone on to become entrepreneurs and startup ecosystem builders as well as intrapreneurs for some of the world's largest companies.
